Ingredients
2.5 Cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1.5 Cups of Cooked Chicken
1.5 Cups of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup of Chopped Onions
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp of Salt
1/2 tbsp of Garlic Powder
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1 Head of Cauliflower

Instructions
Step 1) Bring a medium sized pot full of water to a boil
Step 2) Cut the head of cauliflower into medium sized pieces and blanch it for 5 minutes
Step 3) Heat a small sauce pan on a low setting and insert the cream cheese along with heavy cream
Step 4) After stirring the sauce for 2 minutes, insert 1 cup of cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder
Step 5) Pre-heat the oven to 375 F
Step 6) Stir the sauce for another 3 minutes until the cauliflower has finished blanching
Step 7) Strain the cauliflower until the majority of it is damp
Step 8) Spray a medium sized dish pan with vegetable/coconut oil then insert the cauliflower
Step 9) Add the chicken to the pan, spreading it around evenly
Step 10) Add the remaining cheddar cheese and onions on top
Step 11) Bake for 20 minutes or to your liking and enjoy!
