Ingredients
1.5 Cups of Almond Flour
1/2 Cup of Sugar (Xyla substitute)
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of baking powder
1/3 Cup of Coconut Oil
1 Egg
1/3 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Cup of Blueberries

1/3 Cup of Sugar (Xyla Substitute)
1/3 Cup of Almond Flour
1/4 Cup of Cubed Butter
1.5 tsp of Cinnamon
1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup of Sugar (Xyla substitute)

1/3 Cup of Almond Flour
1/4 Cup of Cubed Butter
1.5 tsp of Cinnamon
1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
Instructions
Step 1) Pre-heat the oven to 400 F and place the muffin liners on the baking sheet
Step 2) Combine 1.5 cups of flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a medium sized mixing bowl
Step 3) Pour coconut oil into 1 measuring cup, add the egg and just enough milk to fill the cup
Step 4) Slowly mix this mixture with the dry ingredients until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 5) Add the 1 cup of blueberries into the mixture and stir until fully covered
Step 6) Pour the mixture evenly into each muffin liner in the pan
Step 7) If you run out of mixture, remove the liners and insert roughly 1 tbsp of water into the empty pan cups
Step 8) Mix together 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of butter cubes and 1.5 tsp of cinnamon
Step 9) Crush those ingredients using a fork until a large number of small crumbles are made
Step 10) Sprinkle the crumbles over the blueberry mixture and bake the pan in the oven for roughly 20-25 minutes
