Ingredients (Cloud Bread)
6 Raw Eggs
1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
3 oz of Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp of Sugar (Xyla)
1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
3 oz of Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp of Sugar (Xyla)
Instructions
Step 1) Pre-heat the oven to 300 F
Step 2) In 2 bowls separate the egg whites and yolks from each other
Step 3) Pour the powder into the bowl with egg whites and whisk it until a whipped cream like texture is formed
Step 4) Put the cream cheese and sugar into the bowl with egg yolks and stir until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 5) Using a spatula, pour small amounts of the yolk mixture into the egg whites, folding the mixture into itself
Step 6) Use only half of the yolk mixture and repeat the above step until a light yellowish color is visible in the mixture
Step 7) Pour the mixture on the pan and spread it around evenly, make sure to leave space around the edges
Step 8) Bake the pan in the oven for 20 minutes
Step 9) Refrigerate the cloud bread in the fridge for 24 hours to allow it to firm up

3 Chopped Jalapeños
1/3 cup of Chopped Onions
1 Cup of Cooked Chicken
3 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cups Ketchup
1 cup Water
1/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar (Xyla)
1/2 tablespoon fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/3 cup of Heavy Cream
1/3 cup of Chopped Onions
1 Cup of Cooked Chicken
3 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cups Ketchup
1 cup Water
1/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar (Xyla)
1/2 tablespoon fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder

Step 1) In a medium sized pot pour the ketchup, vinegar, sugar, pepper, powders and cream
Step 2) Bring the pot to a boil and stir the sauce every 10 minutes for 1 hour
Step 3) Place the pot in the fridge and allow it to refrigerate for 2 hours
Step 4) Pre-heat the oven to 400 F
Step 5) Take 1 cup of BBQ sauce and spread it evenly on top of the crust, allow 1-2 inches of space from the sauce and pan's edge
Step 6) Spread the 3 cups of cheese evenly on top of the BBQ sauce
Step 7) Evenly spread the chicken, onions and jalapeños on top of the layer of cheese
Step 8) Bake the pizza in the oven for 20-30 minutes to your liking
